Abstract:

The company’s performances are directly or indirectly depending on elements describing the external environment where it deploys its activity, but also on the dimension and quality of the internal potential, respectively the efficiency of its allocation in consumption. The external factors can be regrouped in five segments, each one directly or indirectly influencing the company's activity results, such as: market, competition, technology, society, governments.
