Abstract:  
Today, in order to manage to an active competition market many companies are more in more interested to implement to the level of an organization, integrated systems like ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), which are replacing other divergent systems, more or less comparable.

Are ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)projects costly and risky? User organizations would get benefits from the system if they successfully implement an ERP system, but they might totally lose their business if they fail at this stage. We are trying to understand how this stage works and what is necessary for a successful way of adoption the most adequate ERP system.
