In the present context of globalization, the tendency to build the knowledge society where a durable economy can function imposes the improvement of the existing partnership for it to become a natural component of the new society.
Traditionally, the public-private partnership contract represents a partnership between the public sector and the private sector, where the public sector usually supplies services. Each contracting party has certain advantages in relation to the other, concerning the achievement of specific functions.
We propose a partnership that has as a result a durable economical growth and that is in the interest of the entire society: the state, the science; education and the enterprises, mostly the small and medium size enterprises which perform activities in different domains.
Such a partnership could be organized in form of a NETWORK, the notion of network being studied by sociology.
