We consider that franchising imposes itself on the Romanian market and it grants favorable perspectives on a long term especially because of its capacity to remove or diminish some of the problems with which private economic agents used to confront: the deficiency of capital, great rates of interests for borrowed capital or difficulties in finding and hiring qualified personnel. The present study wishes to tackle the typology of the franchising contract, as well as the perspectives of a system considered “the way of the future”.
We strongly believe that the companies with the most flexible strategy will continue to adjust rapidly to market conditions, looking for some alternatives to increase interest and attract clients.
