Having as purpose the acceleration of the settlement of commercial disputes, the latest amendments of the Code of Civil Procedure have provided new legal institutions: the preliminary procedure of conciliation, the procedure of evidence-taking by lawyers, the temporary exclusion of appeal in commercial litigations and the drafting of the last appeal by reference to the value of the litigation.

All these amendments have resulted in a grinding to a hold of the activity of recourse courts and, as a consequence, determined new legislative modifications concerning the jurisdiction.
