International Journal of Accounting and Information Management (IJAIM)
Starting 2009, the Editorial Board of JAMIS strengthened the relationship with the International Journal of Accounting and Information Management (IJAIM), published by Emerald Group. A two-year agreement was signed between the boards of our journals, and concerns:
- the fast track review at IJAIM of 10 accepted papers from the Accounting and Management Information Systems International Conference, and ultimate publication provided that they comply with IJAIM’s criteria;
- an exchange of editorial board members. On this base, Professor Pavel NĂSTASE will be the member of editorial board of IJAIM for 2009 and 2010, and Professor Lee YAO of Loyola University, United States of America, has joined the Editorial Board of JAMIS;
- IJAIM and JAMIS decided to publish the abstracts of their respective papers in each other’s issues.
IJAIM is a peer-review journal, with a bi-annual frequency.
Editor: Professor Lee J. Yao, Loyola University, USA
Publisher: Simon Linacre, Emerald Group
Editorial objective: The IJAIM's primary objective is to stimulate research in accounting, finance, information systems and information management and discuss issues of significance to both the private and public sector. Special emphases are placed on the interaction between these areas of research in an international context. The journal purports to bridge the knowledge gaps between researchers and practitioners who are conducting research in all the aforementioned disciplines.
