Abstract:
In the context of globalization and the new knowledge-based society, organizations have to operate at a faster pace and to manage the complexity. Controlling represents a powerful and effective tool in order to achieve these goals. It helps organizations to better plan-control-and inform. It also offers a real-time view of the organization, beyond the classical "reporting factory" information. Controlling is based on financial and management accounting information, on budgeting information and on KPIs. The paper presents some considerations on the implementation of the ERP - Microsoft Dynamics for controlling in the medium-sized Romanian enterprises.
