Abstract:
As a new management tool, project management is becoming widely used by companies acting in the new world economic order. This is possible through understanding of main sources of success: a continous quality improvement, an effective organizational structure and a better communication with environment. The effort made for changing the structure provides evidence for introducing production and cost accounting modern techniques. ABC method, reengineering, target and kaisen costing generate the valuable information required by target-designed project management.
