Abstract:
The listed companies performance is significantly influenced by their governance system, respectively by the decisional factors to identify and harmonize the interests of the main social partners. To achive the efficiency goals, the management team has to avoid the potential conflicts between all these social partners and more to take them into consideration and to try to harmonize them. Harmonization of these interests is assured my means of the corporate governance system.
