Abstract:  
The analysis of what already exists is undoubtfully the most important and most sensitive in defining the comercial operational diagnosis of the comapny. For this reason in small companies where the information is not stored by IT systems records, and it is complicated to gather data about clients, customers, products or activity. In such situation it is very important to to verify and recover information not recorded, without physical documents. From existing studies, three axis of analysis are prior to this type of diagnisis: analysis of the products/group of products or services, analysis of clients or end-users, analysis ofcomercial actions.
