The necessity to continue the mode of author right reflection in accounting is increasing in the last period, both in accounting theory and practice. Thus, this article propose to examine some aspects of the author right mode of reflection in the accounting of Republic of Moldova, that rests as being one of the few comportments studied by the accounting of the intangible assets.
