Abstract:
In this article we want to know how much should be paid out by a company to its shareholders in the form of dividends. Dividend policy remains a source of controversy despite years of theoretical and empirical research, including one aspect of dividend policy: the linkage between dividend policy and stock price risk. Our research question is : what is the effect of dividend policy on share price?
