One of the main sources of development and innovation at the public administration level consists of the opportunities created by the convergence manifested in the field both of technologies and activities. Based on the integrated information systems implemented within the 2nd District City Hall and the Bucharest General City Hall, the author presents a case study of interoperability between the taxes and fees application and the GIS module functional within the two institutions.
