Abstract:
This paper analyses some features of the development of the Bulgarian corporate disciplines under the influence of the applied financial economics within the frames of the transition economy of the country. The initial point is the impact of the native pre-war neoclassicism on the respective disciplines. Afterwards it studies the evolution of the applied financial disciplines of assets and liabilities management in the light of the economics of financial optimization. On that basis, it presents the specific features of the modern managerial systems Optimization Management Assets Analysis and its counterpart Optimization Management Liabilities Analysis.
