Abstract:
Neuromanagement uses the medically applied informational technology in order to study the response of the brain to various stimulations. It uses this technique to identify the cerebral mechanisms in order to understand the behaviour of managers with the purpose of optimizing the strategy of a company. The techniques of neuromanagement are still difficult to use, both because of the high cost of the equipment and because the subjects have to accept the tests in an environment that differs significantly from the normal one. This is the reason that neuroscience tries to model the function of the nervous system by using the means of informatics simulation. Neuroeconomics and neurofinance are interested in modelling the decison processes of companies and especially the role of the emotions, knowledge and information, this part of study subject of behavioural economics and finance.
