It is useless to try to stop a river, the best solution is to learn to swim in the right direction, because nothing has so much power then an idea at the proper time. How do we know that the change is so fast? In fact, there is no way to measure the change. In such a complex universe, each society suffers a lot of changes at the same time. And all things are not only things, they are processes.  So, the change is necessarily relative and subjective.
