Abstract:
The certification of accounting professionals has been in place in the Czech Republic for ten years. Certified accountants are associated in the Chamber of Certified Accountants, which is their professional organization, on a voluntary basis. Members of the Chamber are subject to a system of continued education in line with the IFAC's requirements. This paper is primarily aimed at the requirements for the fulfilment of the continued professional education system by the members of the Chamber of Certified Accountants of the Czech Republic.
